Permanent, full-time
Salary: £24,586 - £25,880 per annum
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional to join our dedicated Estates team and help keep our communities looking their best.
In this role, you will help maintain the appearance and upkeep of B3Living’s estates, ensuring they remain attractive and welcoming for residents. Working as part of a small, customer-focused team, you will carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks such as grass and hedge cutting, shrub and border care, and landscaping improvements, including turfing, seeding, and planting. You’ll also support weed control through safe and effective methods and ensure all sites are kept clean and tidy by collecting and responsibly disposing of green waste.
We’re looking for someone with…
- Experience in a grounds maintenance or similar role
- Experience in a customer-focused role
- The ability to use hedge cutting, strimming, grass cutting, weed spraying and grounds equipment
- The ability to follow procedures and safe working practices
- A full, valid driving licence
Please note, you will also be required to have an enhanced criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
